What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global-Azure product-to-cloud technical roadmap and align priorities with Azure partner teams.
• Drive engineering integrations and coordinate cross-company technical initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Create technical architecture artifacts and reference implementations for integrated Azure and hirify.global solutions.
• Resolve cross-company dependencies and manage joint milestone timing and escalation paths.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams to accelerate Azure customer wins.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, partner engineering, or technical program management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture patterns.
• Proven experience managing strategic technical partnerships at VP/C-level.
• Hands-on technical skills in Python, SQL, infrastructure-as-code, and API integration.
• Deep knowledge of the hirify.global platform and Microsoft data/AI ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Partner Solutions Architect or Alliance Engineer at major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working within the Microsoft field organization and partner programs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
