Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end payments strategy for Joist and Invoice Simple to align with the broader fintech roadmap.
• Execute PLG motions to increase feature adoption through onboarding flows, pricing experiments, and in-app education.
• Own critical payments KPIs, including attach rate, volume, revenue, churn reduction, and customer LTV.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to seamlessly integrate payments into the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align product-led initiatives with lifecycle campaigns and forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS strategy.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling embedded payments adoption and revenue in a SaaS or SMB product.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) mechanics and data-driven experimentation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
