What you will do

• Plan and direct engineering, budgeting, and scheduling activities for various projects.
• Conduct building and fire code reviews and analyses.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate to solve complex safety and security challenges for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Fire Protection.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Code Consulting, Smoke Control Design, or Fire Protection System Design.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Registered Fire Protection Engineer (NY, NJ, or New England) strongly desired.
• Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with New York or Massachusetts specific fire and building codes.
