What you will do

  • Own full commercial relationships for 60–70 mid-market brands, serving as the primary point of accountability for retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion opportunities and optimize platform usage.
  • Lead multi-year renewal and upsell negotiations to secure long-term commitments and deepen adoption.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders to align on forward-looking initiatives.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and design data-driven save plans to ensure customer retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Product to co-create scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in account management, customer success, consulting, or strategic sales.
  • Proven success managing commercial relationships, preferably within SaaS or technology-enabled services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with comfort in contract negotiation and revenue forecasting.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for growth and retention decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
