What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for the ATM product to enable data-driven decisions across product and operations.
• Drive product and growth analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize ATM placement strategy.
• Build and track unit economics models to identify key efficiency levers.
• Lead operational analytics to ensure transparency over cash flows and optimize logistics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights.
• Hire and lead a team of analysts, establishing a strong execution and analytical culture.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced SQL skills (must); Python or R proficiency is a significant plus.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical analytical tasks.
• English: B1+ proficiency required for international collaboration.
