What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve business processes underpinning the Service business.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business systems and their connection to business requirements.
• Represent the GCS organization in enterprise-wide projects and collaborate with process owners on requirements and success metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop process and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business process analyst or similar roles.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow), CRM (Salesforce), and Vizio.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally.
• Must be based in Costa Rica (no visa sponsorship available).
