TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager (IAM): Managing technical customer success for Auth0 enterprise clients with an accent on identity federation, security posture, and product adoption. Focus on guiding large companies through strategic identity journeys and optimizing authentication pipelines.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in London or Barcelona

Salary: £104,000 — £143,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the business and technical account management function for a portfolio of strategic Auth0 customers.
  • Advise customers on best practices, product adoption, and configuration in a post-sales capacity.
  • Review customer architectures to ensure security posture enhancement and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from developers to CISOs.
  • Participate in the creation of internal and external enablement content for staff and customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the IAM space.
  • Proficiency in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with hybrid IT environments, legacy applications, and CIAM deployments.
  • Ability to code in Javascript and understanding of encryption, PKI, and RSA.
  • Must be based in London or Barcelona; ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • BA/BS/MS degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
