What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end audit and optimization of automated presentation decks to ensure content consistency across platforms.
• Analyze customer calls via Gong to identify emerging business goals and AI adoption themes.
• Explore and evaluate Platform AI capabilities to build internal use cases for AI Insights and Query Builder.
• Identify iterative improvements for digital success programs based on product usage data and feedback.
• Present project impact and AI recommendations to hirify.global leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Data Science, or Communications preferred).
• Graduation Date: Must be graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect raw data to customer stories.
• Technical curiosity regarding Identity Security and the intersection of AI and Customer Success.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with Customer Success software such as Matik, Gong, Gainsight, or Pendo.
