What you will do

• Maintain data quality and consistency between Service Cloud and monday.com.
• Update service contact records and organize contract documentation within Salesforce.
• Ensure Knowledge Base articles are accurate and migrate them from OneNote.
• Partner with Implementation Managers to maintain project templates and details in monday.com.
• Support setup and ongoing operational updates within the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist with documentation and process improvements for Customer Success operations.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with project management tools like monday.com.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in-office on a hybrid basis in Eagan, MN.
