What you will do

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and success plans to accelerate customer adoption and growth.
  • Manage a book of business, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive decision-makers and map organization hierarchies.
  • Conduct industry research to provide thought leadership and drive customer innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems efficiently.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and achieve minimum certification levels to provide expert guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success management, ideally driving adoption of a technical platform.
  • Proven success navigating enterprise environments and building trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to drive product expansion using consulting-style discovery and questioning.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.
