What you will do
- Develop strategic roadmaps and success plans to accelerate customer adoption and growth.
- Manage a book of business, identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive decision-makers and map organization hierarchies.
- Conduct industry research to provide thought leadership and drive customer innovation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems efficiently.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and achieve minimum certification levels to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success management, ideally driving adoption of a technical platform.
- Proven success navigating enterprise environments and building trusted relationships at all levels.
- Ability to drive product expansion using consulting-style discovery and questioning.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.
