TL;DR

Customer Success Intern (SaaS): Supporting the customer journey from onboarding to renewal to ensure clients achieve business goals with hirify.global's identity solutions with an accent on product adoption and strategic alignment. Focus on mapping customer journeys, learning IAM and Zero Trust principles, and applying AI to customer success best practices.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: In-person Monday-Thursday, Remote Fridays)

What you will do

  • Communicate the business value of hirify.global’s products and solutions through storytelling and presentations.
  • Study onboarding plans, competitive landscapes, and IAM best practices by observing Customer Success Managers.
  • Apply the Scale Customer Success motion and playbook to real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Renewals, and Marketing teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Gain hands-on experience with recurring revenue (ARR), ROI, and success planning.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
  • Able to commit to a full-time 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
  • Proactive learner with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and generate actionable reports.
  • Genuine interest in a career within the SaaS/Cloud space and identity security.
