TL;DR
Customer Support Agent (Home Design Platform): Respond to customers via live chat, investigate and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to SLAs and satisfaction targets. Focus on delivering engaging experiences, escalating feedback, representing the brand, and contributing to support improvements.
Day shifts 9:00–21:00 EEST (2 days on, 2 days off rotation). Remote from anywhere in the world. Offices available in Belgrade, Athens, Bratislava, Budapest, Warsaw, Tbilisi, Yerevan.

What you will do
- Respond to customers via live chat efficiently and timely.
- Deliver outstanding service adhering to SLAs and satisfaction targets.
- Investigate, resolve issues, and escalate feedback to management.
- Represent the brand positively and provide engaging experiences.
- Master product knowledge to answer questions accurately.
- Share ideas to improve support quality and speed.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in customer service or similar.
- Quick problem-solving, ownership until resolution.
- Empathetic, accurate, responsive customer service skills.
- Experience with CRM/project management tools.
- Basic computer/system troubleshooting.
