What you will do

• Partner with principal engineers to design core architecture of secrets engine for non-human identities.
• Write high-performance, concurrent code handling massive scale authentication and authorization.
• Define technical roadmap for scalability, performance, and enterprise demands.
• Mentor junior engineers on SDLC practices.
• Participate in rotational on-call with SRE and product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering with focus on backend/systems development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in Go for high-performance concurrent applications.
• Experience with distributed systems, secure systems (authn/authz, encryption, TLS, PKI).
• Expertise in distributed storage (Postgres), secrets management, API design (gRPC/OpenAPI).
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure; proven track record in complex systems.

Nice to have

• Experience at cybersecurity or IaC company.
• Open-source contributions in identity/security/infrastructure.
• Backend systems engineering beyond monolithic architectures.
• Hands-on Linux/Unix experience.
