What you will do

• Perform accounting activities in accordance with IFRS principles and standards.
• Collect, verify, and analyze financial information to prepare complex financial reports and statements.
• Reconcile complex accounts, post journal entries, and maintain an accurate general ledger.
• Provide technical accounting advice to functional and operational managers.
• Drive process improvements, functional KPIs, and act as a Super User.
• Coach less experienced staff and lead internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting following IFRS standards.
• Intermediate or Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, graphics, and macros.
• Experience with SAP.
• Must be based in Polanco, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Knime, or similar data tools.
