What you will do

• Manage communication with content creators from onboarding through content delivery.
• Support UGC campaign workflows, including concept ideation and creator vetting.
• Foster relationships within creator communities to encourage authentic brand advocacy.
• Analyze UGC performance metrics to extract insights and optimize future campaigns.
• Research social trends and platform updates to inform creative recommendations.
• Collaborate with strategists and managers during brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Requirements

• Must be a current college student enrolled in an internship course for college credit.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Pursuing or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, PR, or Advertising.
• Knowledge of UGC and experience/interest in creator marketing for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability.
