Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in Istanbul, Türkiye. Must be based in Turkey to genuinely feel the local market.

What you will do

• Lead the full creative cycle including research, briefing, production, editing, and analysis to drive regional sprint cycles.
• Analyze performance dashboards to design and optimize creative tests, lift studies, and attribution experiments.
• Define and execute high-performing creative strategies for Turkish audiences across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Oversee UGC and localization, briefing creators to ensure content is on-brand and platform-optimized.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Media Buyers, Data Science) and external agency partners across Brand and Product Growth.
• Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to make acquisition journeys more seamless and high-converting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in growth marketing with a focus on creative strategy for paid and organic social.
• Strong proficiency in using performance dashboards and measurement frameworks such as MMM and attribution.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkish market and fluency in both Turkish and English.
• Proven track record of briefing and iterating creative within cross-functional sprints.
• Growth mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and use data to sharpen creative thinking.
