What you will do
- Own content planning and execution across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Grow and nurture the community by establishing brand tone and engagement rituals.
- Manage front-line communication in comments and DMs to convert followers into users.
- Coordinate and amplify content produced by UGC creators.
- Analyze audience sentiment and feedback to inform growth and product development teams.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency with a strong sense of tone and timing.
- Proven experience in growing a social channel or community.
- Ability to create short-form video content and manage social interactions.
- Reliability and comfort discussing personal-finance topics.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to own tasks independently.
Nice to have
- Background in e-commerce or DTC marketing.
- Experience coordinating creators or managing UGC campaigns.
