What you will do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Perform variance analysis and ad hoc financial analyses for management reports.
• Maintain and oversee financial control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Must be based in Mexico (Office Work).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Bank or Fintech industries.
• Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
