Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close
• Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliations, verify accuracy, and resolve items timely
• Analyze datasets to prepare accruals for P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Purchase to Pay and Customer to Cash for timely transactions
• Identify process improvements, document procedures, and develop internal controls
• Evaluate variances, explain fluctuations, and provide ad-hoc analysis
• Support internal/external auditors and prepare financial reporting schedules

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 4-6 years professional general ledger accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Critical thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and CPA
• Experience in large global SaaS organization
• NetSuite / Cognos experience
• Public accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge
