What you will do
- Own and present strategic cross-channel media plans, aligning objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, channel mix, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead planning product development, ensuring high-quality client work, processes, and team output.
- Drive operational efficiency through tools, processes, and enhancements to support rapid growth.
- Manage team of media planners, providing feedback, training, recruitment, and career development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine strategies using data, attribution, and incrementality testing.
- Support new business pitches, collateral development, and thought leadership on industry trends.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- 8+ years in cross-channel media strategy/planning, preferably agency.
- Proven expertise in media planning, campaign structures, tracking, optimization.
- Strong audience analysis, demographic trends, owned/earned/paid channels, first-party data tools.
- 2-3 years team management experience (2-3 direct reports).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, business acumen in fast-paced environment.
