What you will do

• Review architectural drawings and technical specifications for façade and external wall systems.
• Prepare technical reports, including external wall fire assessments led by PAS 9980.
• Conduct site inspections and intrusive surveys to establish materials, fixings, and fire stopping provisions.
• Assist with thermal bridging reviews, U-value assessments, and basic structural load path analysis.
• Coordinate between internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Participate in a structured development programme to progress toward professional accreditation and chartership.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Master's degree in Façade Engineering, Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical capability within a consultancy environment.
