What you will do

• Provide detailed technical support and advice on company products and accessories to customers and colleagues.
• Produce safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions to design problems posed by specifiers and purchasing customers.
• Review construction drawings, bills of quantities, and other documentation to identify required products.
• Carry out designs to determine correct product specifications and communicate mark-ups and assumptions to customers.
• Identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones to reduce costs or meet new requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sheffield, UK
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grades A-C
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM
• Experience working in a construction or manufacturing business (preferred)
• Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders
