What you will do

• Provide engineering technical assistance (calculations, design, drafting, research) to Ride/Show teams for scenic scopes.
• Review vendor design documents, including drawings, components, calculations, test plans, and results.
• Edit and update Ride/Show engineering specifications for scenic systems.
• Assist in managing vendors through bidding, design, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop and execute test protocols, procedures, and plans; witness or approve testing.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field (e.g., Technical Theater, Architecture, Set/Scenic Design, Building Construction) or equivalent experience; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Experience in theme park technical/engineering roles supporting scenic elements (e.g., rockwork, scenic facades, artificial foliage, themed concrete).
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Project experience in entertainment/theme park industry preferred.
