What you will do

• Lead the evolution of implementation planning and drive media transformation projects for key clients.
• Oversee soft P&L, manage team allocations, and drive revenue growth through commercial planning.
• Line manage and develop a team of Account Directors, fostering expertise in data-driven media testing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of media strategies across digital, traditional, audio, and AV channels.
• Define and implement robust media testing frameworks and reporting infrastructure using WPP Open Intelligence.
• Present complex integrated media strategies to senior stakeholders and advise on emerging industry trends.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Significant leadership experience in integrated media planning and buying across full-funnel brand and performance channels.
• Expertise in designing and analyzing media testing frameworks and utilizing data visualization tools.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in P&L management and driving organic business growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of media channels including digital, traditional, audio, VOD, and AV.
