What you will do

• Support sourcing and procurement of software, services, and business tools.
• Partner with internal teams to guide purchasing decisions and understand needs.
• Assist in vendor negotiations to maximize cost savings and value.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Track procurement activities and maintain timelines.
• Utilize AI tools for vendor research, contract summaries, and reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and general business tools.
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes (Oracle experience is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
• Ability to use AI for contract review and vendor benchmarking.
