What you will do

• Assist with supplier research, sourcing activities, and onboarding documentation
• Collect cost data, build simple cost models, and support VA/VE and cost reduction projects
• Support APQP/PPAP processes by organizing documentation and tracking timelines
• Prepare reports for supplier performance and business reviews
• Track purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents
• Assist in benchmarking best practices and gathering market intelligence
• Support SAP data entry/testing and build regional supply chain tools
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and global teams on initiatives

Requirements

• Location: Manteno, Illinois
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Interest in sourcing, procurement, analytics, and supply chain strategy
• Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong English communication skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Mandarin language skills
