What you will do

• Consolidate and clean purchasing data to build interactive spend dashboards for visualizing cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze and track the cycle time of the end-to-end procurement process.
• Identify process bottlenecks and provide data-backed suggestions for optimization.
• Audit and scrub procurement databases to ensure data accuracy and correct categorization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Visualization.
• Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
