What you will do

• Audit top vendors for compliance with latest MSA, DPA, and DSA.
• Identify gaps in governing agreements and initiate remediation workflows.
• Participate in negotiation strategy sessions for new and renewing vendors.
• Use AI tools like Gemini for redline comparisons, contract playbooks, and tracking dashboards.
• Review legal documents, manage vendor communications, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Present final "State of the Contract Landscape" report highlighting risks and AI efficiencies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in accredited JD or LLM program (or equivalent graduate law program).
• Strong interest in Commercial Law, Privacy, or Tech Transactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
• Available in Austin, Texas or San Francisco (hybrid).
