What you will do
- Audit top vendors for compliance with latest MSA, DPA, and DSA.
- Identify gaps in governing agreements and initiate remediation workflows.
- Participate in negotiation strategy sessions for new and renewing vendors.
- Use AI tools like Gemini for redline comparisons, contract playbooks, and tracking dashboards.
- Review legal documents, manage vendor communications, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Present final "State of the Contract Landscape" report highlighting risks and AI efficiencies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in accredited JD or LLM program (or equivalent graduate law program).
- Strong interest in Commercial Law, Privacy, or Tech Transactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
- Available in Austin, Texas or San Francisco (hybrid).
