What you will do

• Manage end-to-end paid media accounts, meeting pacing and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and account managers to define client goals and propose expansion opportunities.
• Handle daily campaign optimizations, structural updates, bidding, and testing across full-funnel structures.
• Generate reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive performance.
• Act as primary contact for owned accounts, leading client conversations and strategic ideation.
• Work with creative teams to develop assets and messaging that boost results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
• 4-5+ years of experience primarily in Paid Social
• Expertise in Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit preferred
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing, or DSP platforms suggested
• Managing budgets above $100k/month and driving strategy/testing
• Strong client communication, reporting, and full project ownership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
