What you will do

  • Set Circles GTM strategy including positioning, target segments, channels, lifecycle nurture, and launch milestones for first 5-10 circles.
  • Lead integrated launch plans with Product, Marketing, and Ops; accountable for adoption, KPIs like activation, conversion, repeat usage, and advocacy.
  • Ship hands-on early by creating messaging, launch plans, channel experiments, partner motions, and nurture flows.
  • Identify, test, prioritize, and scale highest-leverage growth channels in partnership with Marketing and Product.
  • Integrate community levers across funnel for activation, conversion, retention, and advocacy; embed touchpoints in product experience.
  • Build member insights engine through interviews, events, and channels; translate patterns into recommendations.
  • Build and lead team to scale Circles and future verticals once validated.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM/growth/community strategy, ideally consumer marketplace, membership, or network products.
  • Proven track record building and scaling new growth motions with playbook creation and cross-functional execution, including community-led growth loops.
  • Strong community-first instincts to create trust, belonging, participation, and convert to growth.
  • Excellent strategic and operational skills to set narrative, build plans, and execute consistently.
  • High cross-functional influence across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data without authority.
  • Comfort with measurement, experimentation, metrics definition, data interpretation, and tradeoffs.
  • Deep member empathy, regular member interactions, and action from insights.
  • Strong writing, communication for positioning, briefs, and execution.
  • Excellence in project managing complex initiatives with clear swim lanes, deadlines, and accountability.
