The Corporate Planning & Management Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk, and CPM Engineering to deliver business planning, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm.

What you will do

• Review and approve product selections from external technology vendors to eliminate duplication and optimize costs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for vendor engagement and build traceability into engineering decisions.
• Monitor demand for engineering capabilities and facilitate consensus among engineers, product owners, sales, senior leaders, and risk functions.
• Provide structured guidelines for evaluating vendor solutions to enhance transparency in decision-making.
• Manage risks, issues, and program deliveries in collaboration with geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, banking, engineering, project/program management, relationship management, or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and financial/analytical abilities.
• Experience facilitating conflict resolution, building consensus in distributed teams, and communicating with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience planning and managing risks, issues, and program deliveries.
• Ability to work in a global, multi-tasking environment under pressure.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical program management or similar technical project role.
• Experience with third-party software/hardware, AI solutions, technology product management, or software development.
• Knowledge of business management tools like OKRs, vendor management applications (Jira, Confluence), and research tools (Gartner, Forrester).
• Proven process improvement experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
