What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Build technical partnerships through engaging product demonstrations, trials, and technical communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Influence product strategy and priorities by acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows for the Solutions Engineering organization.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
  • Proficiency with Operating Systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
  • Strong project management skills and experience operating in a startup environment.
  • Outstanding communication abilities for presenting to both technical contributors and executives.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI to amplify efficiency and impact.
