Data & AI Consultant (ClimateTech): Own end-to-end data and AI workstreams in enterprise customer deployments, building AI-powered pipelines on EIS™ for emissions data with an accent on supplier data collection, carbon footprint calculation, and Scope 3 improvements. What you will do

• Own end-to-end data and AI workstreams from discovery to production-grade pipelines on hirify.global EIS™.
• Engage with customer data, IT, and sustainability teams to design scalable integration and modeling solutions.
• Build and deploy AI pipelines for supplier emissions, product carbon footprints, spend-based estimation, and Scope 3 data quality.
• Develop and fine-tune ML models and LLM workflows to enhance emissions data coverage and accuracy at scale.
• Integrate EIS™ with ERP (SAP), procurement platforms, and third-party sources via APIs, pipelines, and Python/SQL scripts.
• Transform complex enterprise datasets for consistency and alignment with hirify.global data model.
• Translate model outputs into executive insights driving decarbonization and feed learnings back to product team.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin or Munich.
• Strong data engineering: Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL pipelines, data modeling.
• Experience with ML, LLMs, or applied AI in production.
• Comfort with messy enterprise data and tenacity to clean and model it.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Stats, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Understanding of ERP (SAP) and enterprise data structures is a strong plus.
