What you will do

• Own the full pipeline: connect data suppliers (wearables, labs, sensors) to hirify.global, negotiate terms, and manage relationships.
• Land and expand deals with developers and AI labs consuming through the API.
• Build and close enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder deals involving product, legal, privacy, and regulatory aspects.
• Define ecosystem strategy: select verticals, geographies, and partner types for maximum value.
• Negotiate robust data supplier agreements covering data rights, consent, AI permissions, SLAs, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, offsites, and podcasts; build playbooks, pipeline tracking, and eventually a team.

Requirements

• Closed deals that changed business trajectory, not just managed portfolios.
• Experience in health, fitness, wearables, or health data ecosystems, including regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Understanding of platform economics, API-first companies, and developer platforms.
• Comfortable navigating complexity in data rights, consent models, and AI use cases across jurisdictions.
• Contrarian builder who operates autonomously without bureaucracy.
• Athlete or deeply obsessed with personal health data (big plus).
