Salary: $158,000 — $238,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute the Classified Infrastructure roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable milestones and engineering deliverables.
• Operationalize and mature U.S. Public Sector environments including DoD IL4, IL5, IL6, Top Secret, and FedRAMP.
• Manage vulnerability lifecycles, continuous monitoring, and change management rigor to ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate operational cadence with defense contractors and FSIs, holding partners accountable to contractual SLAs.
• Establish executive dashboards and reporting to maintain transparency on program health and risk posture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering Management leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience supporting regulated environments such as FedRAMP or DoD IL4/5/6.
• Technical fluency in AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Expertise in configuring Jira/Atlassian tooling for tracking complex cross-boundary dependencies.
• Subject to drug testing as required by U.S. Government contracts.
