Salary range: $180,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Establish lightweight Disciplined Agile frameworks, governance, and PMO foundations for IT/cybersecurity initiatives aligned with company strategy and DoD requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for infrastructure, secure networks, enterprise systems, and automation, using hybrid Agile/Lean approaches.
• Manage scope, risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, cyber, compliance, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with NIST 800-171/CMMC, ITAR/EAR, and DoD standards; integrate security checkpoints into workflows.
• Track deliverables, report to executives/DoD customers, and support proposals/ROM estimates.
• Mentor teams on Agile practices, foster collaboration, and drive workforce planning/performance development.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for access to government facilities/sensitive info and additional clearances.
• Bachelor’s in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, Business or related; 5+ years IT/cyber PM experience including 3+ years DoD/federal.
• Managed $1M+ programs and 10+ member teams in unstructured environments; scaled ops in startups.
• Expert in Jira/MS Project/Smartsheet, Agile, risk/critical path analysis, DoD IT/cyber frameworks, DevSecOps.

Nice to have

• Active Secret clearance, advanced degree, direct DoD/military experience, CONUS/OCONUS ops.
• Certifications: PMP/PgMP, Disciplined Agile, CISSP, ITIL, Security+, DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
