What you will do
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients, including triaging and escalating complex issues to technical teams.
- Lead technical project deployment for key post go-live product solutions, ensuring deliverables and dependencies are managed.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Specialists to implement solutions that drive client value.
- Partner with external client teams to analyze evolving requirements and communicate technical approaches.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while advising delivery leaders on opportunities for resolution.
- Create and implement structured process improvements to close operational gaps.
Requirements
- Must be located in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Paraguay, El Salvador, Costa Rica, or Uruguay.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Python, and BI support.
- Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles and driving milestones cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, and healthcare challenges.
- Prior experience supporting hospital systems, such as EHR implementations.
- Ability to analyze data using dashboards and interpret JAVA/SQL code and complex Excel functions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems.
- Experience using Looker for data analytics.
- Professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
