Java Product Support Engineer (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with hirify.global products and solutions.
• Reproduce defects and file actionable issues for product engineering teams.
• Replicate customer deployment environments using Docker, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to prioritize enhancement lists.
• Maintain the Knowledge Base and develop new diagnostic tools and utilities.
• Manage customer inquiries via support cases, email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code is necessary.
• Experience with Rest APIs, Linux command line, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of networking (Sockets, HTTP, TLS/SSL) and scripting (Python, Bash, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid English proficiency and exceptional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Github, or Gitlab.
• Skills in debugging mTLS, SSL, and analyzing network traces using Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Familiarity with component management tools like Maven, npm, or NuGet.
• Experience with competitor products (jFrog, Snyk) or OAuth/SAML integration.
