Salary: $23.90 - $35.80 per hour

What you will do
- Manage country-wide PSR recruiting, including contract additions, terminations, and vetting.
- Develop and deliver training materials, memos, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for PSRs.
- Drive quality improvement by tracking metric data and implementing process optimization initiatives.
- Maintain the SharePoint knowledge base for Customer Support and PSRC teams.
- Coordinate logistics for training classes, including travel arrangements and equipment delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Clinical, Finance, Engineering, and Legal.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and delivering training curriculum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in SharePoint knowledge base management.
- Previous project management experience.
