TL;DR

Customer Technical Support Engineer: Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for transit agencies and partners on Justride platform with an accent on incident troubleshooting, customer coordination, and resolution collaboration. Focus on diagnosing hardware/software issues, managing incident reports, and delivering training and documentation.

Location: Only available for candidates based in Romania in a fully remote model

What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for technical support via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving incidents
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for swift issue resolution
  • Coordinate customer calls, progress reports, and incident management
  • Troubleshoot Justride platform and associated hardware issues
  • Assist with customer configurations, setups, training, and documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations during critical launches

Requirements

  • Based in Romania
  • Proven experience in client-facing technical support or engineering
  • Strong technical background with investigative, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams under deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Knowledge of backend/frontend/mobile technologies and REST APIs
  • Experience with Git and AWS
  • Transit sector experience
  • French language proficiency
