TL;DR

hirify.global builds an EMR platform for healthcare automation, enabling data integration, workflow automation, and collaboration between developers and clinicians.

What you will do

  • Triage tickets from Slack, email, and forms; investigate root causes using Sentry, Elastic, SQL queries, and code review (Django, React/TypeScript, GraphQL).
  • Guide developers on FHIR API, SDK usage, and clinical workflows like charting, prescribing, lab ordering, billing, and patient portals.
  • Handle account operations, onboarding configurations (fee schedules, ePrescribing, SSO), and verify data with read-only SQL.
  • Identify issue patterns, contribute to runbooks and knowledge base, and refine triage workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support or solutions builder role; manage multiple concurrent issues.
  • SQL and REST APIs (requests, docs, HTTP/JSON); log analysis (Elastic, Sentry); co-pilot assisted code tracing.
  • Healthcare tech experience: clinical workflows, EMR, FHIR/HL7/CCDA, billing/RCM/claims.
  • Exceptional written communication, analytical problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Plugin/extension architectures or SDKs experience.
