What you will do

• Serve as the definitive SME for Customer First analytics, defining critical data models, metrics, and value drivers.
• Lead the exploration and integration of AI-driven tools and define foundational semantic models for AI agents.
• Architect the analytics strategy for customer insights using product telemetry and public data to predict risk and growth.
• Own the vision for the semantic layer to enable advanced modeling, self-service, and high-integrity dashboarding.
• Execute high-impact predictive modeling initiatives for churn, LTV, and cross-sell to influence GTM strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to co-design scalable data pipelines and transformations.

Requirements

• BS in CS, MIS, or a related technical degree.
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
• Advanced SQL experience and proficiency in building visualizations using Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and software development lifecycles using Python, Java, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Strong ability to communicate complex insights to all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML techniques.
• Knowledge of NLP and deep analysis for proactive decision-making.
