Salary: $121,400 — $310,900 USD (Total Target Compensation depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards focusing on key corporate metrics such as ARR, NRR, acquisition, and churn.
• Proactively identify trends and anomalies in revenue data and present findings to senior leadership.
• Partner with VPs and C-level stakeholders to translate complex business questions into data-driven answers.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data pipelines produce accurate and timely inputs for reporting.
• Standardize ARR-related metrics and establish clear data dictionaries across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-revenue environment.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large-scale, complex datasets.
• Expertise in Tableau, including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and performance optimization.
• Strong executive communication skills for distilling complex data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of SaaS fundamentals (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, expansion).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML tools for automated anomaly detection or predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data wrangling.
• Knowledge of data modeling for recurring revenue businesses.
• Exposure to data governance and catalog tools like dbt or Alation.
