What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end shift fulfillment process and respond to client requests for coverage.
• Onboard and activate professionals on the HireApp platform and maintain engagement.
• Monitor live attendance, track clock-ins, and handle no-shows or late arrivals.
• Coordinate with on-site managers to resolve operational emergencies and last-minute changes.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and suggest workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, staffing, or workforce coordination roles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a neutral or modest accent.
• Ability to work according to US time zones.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and operational tools.
• Reliable computer setup and stable internet connection.
