What you will do

• Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans, assess risks, and propose mitigations
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver required quality
• Manage large project teams or multiple sub-teams across programmers, artists, game designers, and QA
• Clarify team goals and align expectations between stakeholders
• Manage internal and client-side communications, run team meetings, and provide reports
• Plan team capacity, track performance with leads, support hiring and team growth via feedback and career development plans

Requirements

• Experience across all project phases (from idea to release) and ability to adjust methodologies by phase and team size
• Experience working with external clients, including building collaborative relationships and high trust
• Ability to prioritize, set plans and priorities, assess risks, and track tasks to completion
• Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people and handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a result-oriented approach
• Fluent English
• GameDev experience
