What you will do

• Set strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for platform capabilities in close collaboration with agentic AI engineering team
• Facilitate end-to-end product lifecycle across the company for platform development
• Enhance and expand AI voice and conversational AI capabilities
• Build toward direct Platform-as-a-Service offering for customer extensibility

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in product management with proven track record shipping impactful enterprise SaaS products
• Mastery of enterprise SaaS platform lifecycle and rapid product shipping
• Technical background in hands-on engineering, data, or analytics
• Experience with large language models and agentic AI
• Proven collaboration across enterprise SaaS functions including engineering, professional services, and clinical operations
• Strong organizational skills to span vision to detailed execution
