What you will do

• Manage end-to-end device procurement, lifecycle, and asset inventory using Jamf for automated provisioning and offboarding.
• Provide escalation support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues while administering Google Workspace, Okta SSO, and collaboration tools.
• Execute cybersecurity processes including endpoint protection, MFA via Okta, vulnerability monitoring, patch management, and security training.
• Contribute to IT strategy, budget planning, operational automation, and disaster recovery plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Maintain helpdesk, runbooks, knowledge base, and compliance for frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive IT experience, including 1–2 years in IT management or lead role.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS fleets with Jamf Pro (policy management, Smart Groups, automated enrollment).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (user provisioning, security, integrations) and Okta (SSO, lifecycle, MFA).
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, VLANs) and cybersecurity controls implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Google Workspace Administrator, Jamf Certified, Okta Certified.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), SaaS security, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance; startup/media company environment.
