What you will do
- Generate hypotheses and create creative concepts for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Test different creative formats - from UGC and AI-generated content to entirely new concepts you invent.
- Work with analytics dashboards, analyze test results, and turn data into new hypotheses.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt them for our product.
- Scale winning concepts and launch new creative directions.
- Suggest ideas and hypotheses for funnel and acquisition testing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and key metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into creative hypotheses.
- Strong research skills and the ability to find ideas across multiple channels and sources.
- Deep understanding of hooks, attention triggers, and social media trends.
- English Upper-Intermediate+ (working with the US market)

- Experience working with multiple niches/products.
- Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
