TL;DR

Growth Product Manager (SaaS/EdTech): Own the full conversion engine from first visitor touchpoint to paid subscription with an accent on funnel optimization, experimentation, and revenue levers. What you will do

  • Own the conversion engine, optimizing user journey from landing page to subscription retention.
  • Drive experiment roadmap using frameworks like ICE or RICE to prioritize high-leverage growth bets.
  • Analyze funnel and retention metrics in Mixpanel, diagnosing drop-offs and user behavior.
  • Ship experiments with velocity by writing precise product specs and acceptance criteria.
  • Optimize revenue levers including pricing, paywalls, offers, and new growth channels.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews with Gen Z users for behavioral insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in a Growth-focused role.
  • Proven track record designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests impacting KPIs like CVR, ARPU, Churn.
  • Power user of product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • SaaS/subscription expertise in trial-to-paid transitions, renewals, and friction reduction.
  • Ability to write dev-ready product specs, understand technical trade-offs, and scope MVPs.
  • Mentoring mindset to share growth methodologies and experimentation rigor.
  • Intuition for B2C products targeting Gen Z audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payment platforms like Stripe or Braintree, Figma/prototyping.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle/email marketing, SEO, paid acquisition.
  • Growth certifications like Reforge.
  • Background in EdTech or student-facing products.
