What you will do

• Lead technical execution through daily stand-ups, multi-stack code reviews, and technical workshops.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for B2B and GTM projects, coordinating with sales and campaign managers.
• Manage Agile rhythms including Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Drive the development and experimentation of AI agent workflows using LLMs and Python.
• Monitor system health and operational delivery using MySQL and BigQuery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in a Technical Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong backend architecture foundations and extensive experience with GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Datastore).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Cloud Build.
• Excellent database querying skills with MySQL and BigQuery.
• Deep fluency in AI orchestration and LLMs, with a habit of using AI in daily workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, Nuxt, Vue, or FastAPI.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Background in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or MarTech/CRM integrations.
• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
